RayLynn Bradigan, foster and behavior programs administrator at the SPCA of Texas, is fostering Shellman, a 2-year-old female German shepherd mix that was brought to the Jan Rees-Jones Animal Care Center in West Dallas from the Vafa Animal Shelter in Hashtgerd, Iran.
