A British woman who wrote books on horse care has been banned from keeping them indefinitely following her conviction for horse neglect.

Determining whether a horse is suffering from starvation and neglect can be difficult. I can’t barely think that there is a horsemanship exists in this world yet there are still horses that have been neglected.
